  Participants learn essential financial skills including budgeting, banking, credit management, and retirement planning. Workshops also focus heavily on fraud and scam prevention, identity theft protection, and disaster financial preparedness to safeguard fixed incomes.

• Wellness and Resilience Workshops
  These workshops focus on emotional wellness, stress management, and healthy communication. Topics include caregiver burnout prevention, Alzheimer’s and dementia awareness (in partnership with organizations such as the Alzheimer's Association), end-of-life preparedness, and grief support—helping participants navigate life transitions with confidence and dignity.

• Career Reentry Workshops 

Encore Entrepreneurship Workshops  (55+) 

Designed for older adults reentering the workforce, these workshops cover resume writing, interview preparation, digital literacy, and workplace etiquette. Content is aligned with workforce development initiatives such as the Senior Community Service Employment Program to support employment outcomes.

These workshops guide participants through starting a small business, including business planning, budgeting, marketing, and accessing funding opportunities. Participants learn how to turn their skills and life experience into income-generating opportunities.

• Safety, CPR, and Emergency Preparedness Workshops
  Participants receive training in CPR awareness, personal safety, and emergency preparedness, including disaster readiness and basic survival skills. These workshops promote confidence and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
